We Florida Financial is excited to upgrade our core system which powers our primary banking functions.
Why is We Florida Financial upgrading its system?The new system will provide greater capabilities and enhance our member experience.
What day will the new system be available?The new system will go Live on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
Will business hours change during the system upgrade process?
Yes, we will remain open during normal business hours on Friday, but temporarily close all our branches on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 through Monday, October 23rd, 2023. All branches will then resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023
Will my Online Banking username and/or password change?
It will remain the same, provided that you have logged in to Online Banking within the past 2 years.
Will my Savings and Checking Account Numbers change?
Savings account numbers will remain the same. On the other hand, one's Checking account number will become what is currently one’s MICR number. You can look up your MICR # in Online Banking, by going to Accounts > Select the Checking account > Show Details. Your MICR# can also be found on your physical checks.
Will I receive my Direct Deposit and be able to make electronic payments during the upgrade?
Sure, you can continue to receive your direct deposits and make electronic payments before Friday, October 21st, 2023, and then again, on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023.
Do I need to update my Direct Deposit or Automatic Payment information?
Nope, your direct deposit information will remain the same. As always, ensure that your payroll company and merchants have your current account information.
If I currently receive paper statements, will I continue to do so after the upgrade?
Yes, monthly paper statements will continue for those who currently receive them. We also offer and encourage free e-Statements, which provide faster access, greater security and longer-term, online access. Access your e-Statements anywhere, anytime using Online Banking or the Mobile App.
Will statements look different or change after the upgrade?
e-Statements will take on a fresh look, but the content and information will remain the same.
Will my account and financial information stay secure during the system upgrade?
Absolutely, keeping your information secure and private is our top priority.
Will my funds still be secure during the system upgrade?
Yes, we will uphold all NCUA standards and protections -- before, during and after the upgrade.
Will I have access to my funds during the upgrade?
Yes, you will continue to have access to your funds throughout the process. As outlined in our Schedule, some account features may have limited availability during the System Upgrade Weekend, however you will still be able to make purchases during this time.
Can I use ATMs during the system upgrade?
Yes, you may use your debit card at ATMs, which will temporarily operate in Stand-In Mode, which provides limited access during the Upgrade weekend. On Monday afternoon, October 23rd, 2023, ATMs will return to normal operations.
Can I use my current paper checks during and after the system upgrade?
Sure, you may continue using your current paper checks.
Do I need to order new paper checks?
Nope, your existing paper checks already contain the correct information.
Will I receive a new debit card because of the system upgrade?
No, you will not need a new debit card.
Will my PIN change?
No, your current PIN will remain the same.
Can I continue using my We Florida Financial debit card at other ATMs?
Yes, access at existing ATMs will continue, both in and out of network, per existing terms and conditions, which will temporarily operate in Stand-In Mode, which provides limited access during the weekend. On Monday afternoon, debit cards will return to normal operations.
