Update Your Vehicle Insurance Info (CPI Insurance)
Insurance is required for some types of loans. The borrower may arrange such coverage on their own and communicate the coverage information to We Florida Financial.
In the event that We Florida Financial is not informed of such coverage, it will establish the required coverage and append the cost of coverage to the loan's regular amount due.
This will appear in the loan's Transaction History, as "CPI Premium" (Collateral Protection Insurance).
If you currently have a vehicle loan from We Florida Financial, and have established and/or wish to update your own vehicle insurance, please:
- Verify that "We Florida Financial" appears as the lien holder in the insurance policy.
- Verify that the deductible is a maximum of $1,000 for Collision and $1,000 for Comprehensive.
- Email the policy's Declarations page (not the ID Card) to

Once verified, typical processing time is 5 business days. If relevant, the loan's regular payment amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Vehicle Title Request
When a vehicle loan is paid off, We Florida Financial automatically updates the electronic title within 3 business days. There is no need to manually request a title update. The State of Florida then releases the lien on the vehicle typically within 3-6 weeks.

Tax Documents
Year-end tax documents will be available by Jan. 31, 2025. Per IRS regulations, 1099's will be available for those who earned $10 or more in interest in 2024, and 1098's will be available for those who earned $600 or more.

Steps to Request Account Deletion
Contact us to request that you would like to delete your digital banking account by calling us at 954-745-2400.
Data Deletion from the App
When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:
- Personal Information: all personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Transaction History: all records of your financial transactions within the app.
- App Usage Data: any data related to your interactions and usage of the We Florida Financial app.
