The following information is needed for Beneficial Owners. Beneficial Owners are individuals who directly or indirectly own 25% or more of the legal entity and/or the individual who has significant responsibility for managing the legal entity:

We Florida Financial is a full-service financial institution with branches in the South Florida counties of Broward and Miami-Dade. Our credit union participates in the CO-OP Nationwide Shared Branch Network, where members can use participating credit union branch offices in all 50 states to conduct routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
Other fees such as non-sufficient funds, overdraft, etc. may apply. See fee schedule for details. Minimum opening deposit is only $50. Ask us for details. We Florida Financial rules and regulations apply. Transaction items include all debits and credits. If the Essential Business or emPower Business account exceeds 1,000 free transaction items per month, the account may be converted to another checking product. If the Essential Business or emPower Business account exceeds $10,000 in monthly coin and currency deposits, the account may be converted to another checking product. Free gift may be reported on a 1099-INT or 1099-MISC. Membership required and open to individuals who live/work in select counties from Key West to Jacksonville. Members must maintain a savings account with a minimum balance of $5. Business Business Members must maintain a Business Savings Account with a minimum balance of $200 to avoid a $5 Monthly service fee.
